      • The first courses to train premium distributors arrive in Spain

The first courses to train premium distributors arrive in Spain

The delivery of packages at home has grown exponentially in the last year. A sector on the rise and that is already beginning to train distributors with the first courses in Spain.

More and more people are finding work in the parcel sector. And it is that home delivery has skyrocketed in the last year, in part due to the coronavirus pandemic.

But parcel companies no longer use any profile for their delivery positions. For this reason, the first courses to train premium distributors have begun to be taught in Spain.

In these pioneering courses they teach them to be more effective, more technological, faster and safer against the coronavirus.

Carlos José and Néstor have just won their title. They are premium distributors, one of the first in Spain.

In total, about 20 students who have received 50 hours of class. A face-to-face training in merchandise delivery management.

“We know that it is a highly valued title because it places these professionals above other professionals”, explains Francisco Aranda, president of the UNO logistics association.

A course with many subjects. To become a good delivery person you have to know how to carry a vehicle, but also to deal with customers.
